JOIN US FOR GIN AND JAZZ AT THE BANKSIA ROOM

Whether you’re gintellectually inclined, or just need some ginspiration, you’re going to love this masterclass! You will discover the techniques and botanicals used in gin production and taste for yourself how these affect the flavour, aroma, and quality of gin. Local distillers, The Splendid Gin and Spring Bay Distillery will let you in on their secrets of how they find their magical blend … Let the fun begin!

3-4pm: Gin Masterclass

Masterclass cost $45  (includes General entry to Gin & Jazz) 

4-6pm: Gin and Jazz
Jazz music from the Dan Sandwich Trio featuring Dan Sulzberger (Keys), Hamish Houston (Upright Bass) & Danny Healy (Clarinet/Sax). Plus gin cocktails by Curly Haslam-Coates from Vintage Tasmania.
General entry $15
*drinks and nibbles available for purchase at the bar
